Shipping/Receiving
• Work with Logistics and Expeditor to coordinate shipment of product to customer/vendors
• Navigate large and small parcel shipping software
• Receive incoming shipments in compliance with Purchase Order
• Create Packing List and Invoice compliant with Purchase Order
• Assign, create and send outside service Purchase Orders
• Coordinate necessary paperwork internally in compliance with customer standards
• Manage and direct outsource scheduling trips internally
• Use internal ERP system for receiving outsourcing, invoicing, shipping, PO creation, etc.
• Packaging and marking parts according to company standard and PO specifications
• Ability to read and understand PO’s, prints, and certification specifications
• Good communication, written, and organizational skills
• Ability to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines
Purchasing/Engineering Support
• Purchasing of Raw material/MRO
• Data entry of shop information
• Job order entry
• Contract review
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and other software applications
Material Prep/Saw
• Unload material trucks using a forklift
• Perform inspection on raw materials
• Identify material for cutting and pulling material from racks
• Properly measure & cut material to job specifications with a metal cutting saw
• Accurately complete paperwork
• Work with Manufacturing & Quality departments to meet customer requirements
• Good communication & written skills
• Ability to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines
• Maintain work area and equipment in clean and orderly condition

COST ESTIMATOR
REQUIREMENTS:
- Manage the complete life-cycle of a parts from estimating, ordering material, product submittals, change orders, delivery, troubleshooting and closeout
- Plan, direct, and coordinate contract-based projects according to customer needs, timeline, and budget
- Processes customer orders
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
- Initiate and respond to daily correspondence, customers, suppliers
- Attend to customer questions, concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolutions
- Regularly review project status to ensure required customer deadlines are met
- Identify and implement improvements throughout all stages of the project, applying best practices to future projects
- Provide outstanding customer service and continually working to strengthen professional relationships
- Present and discuss the products and services of the company in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity and superior understanding and delivery of customer needs
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Must be a proficient user of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
- Intermediate-advanced office computer skills (Adobe PDF)
- SolidWorks experience a plus
- Experience with estimating software and tools

5 AXIS CNC PROGRAMMER
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years ( preferred ) of CNC programing experience.
- Experience using Solid Works and Master Cam.
- Must be able to program CNC Milling from blueprints and 3D models to customer specification. Previous experience as a CNC machinist preferred.
